ヨウジヤマモトのY-3が手がけた日本代表モデルの、選手仕様（オーセンティック）です。HEAT.RDYの生地、タイトなシルエット、そして胸のY-3ロゴとJFAエンブレム。レプリカとは作りそのものが違います。
背番号15は鎌田大地。数字の内側にはJFAエンブレムの型押しが入っています。オーセンティック × マーキング入り × 未使用の下げ札付き、という3つが揃った個体はあまり出てきません。
【サイズ】日本L（襟裏のサイズ表J欄に「L」の印字あり）。SLIM FITのため、同じ表記でもタイトな作りです。
